We want to provide the best possible learning experience in our classes at Nellie Joans. In order for all classes to run smoothly we have implemented the following policies:
Timing:
Classes will start promptly at the time advertised. Please ensure you arrive in class 10-15 minutes early so that you are set up and ready to start leaning. Please do not arrive earlier than this as the classroom may not be open/tutor not ready to start welcoming visitors.
Student Numbers:
Class numbers vary but are kept small so that each student has plenty of individual time with the tutor.
Cancellation Policy:
All classes are subject to the cancellation policy. By booking and paying for a class you accept the terms and conditions outlined in this cancellation policy. Full payment is required at the time of booking.
If the student needs to cancel their booking then the class fee will be refunded ONLY if the space can be filled/re-sold from a waiting list. The refund will be full price minus a 10% admin fee and any credit card fees. Otherwise classes are non-refundable.
If a student needs to cancel their booking and wishes to transfer to another class then this is at the tutors discretion and may not always be possible and your original space will need to have been filled by someone on the waiting list.
If the tutor needs to cancel a class (due to illness or minimum class number having not been met,) then as much notice as possible will be given and a full refund of the class fee will be issued.
