Colour Inspiration October - The Twilight Edition

This month's inspiration is all about moody twilight skies full of mustards, ochres, silvery greys to dense blacks and every shade in between. Wouldn't these colours together bring a certain, sophisticated indulgence to your lingerie drawer?

 

These colours also bring to mind the traditional northern hemisphere halloween colours of pumpkin and spice - becoming more widely celebrated in NZ these days - don't get caught out when those neighbourhood kids come trick or treating!

Inspired by the colour theme of ‘Twilight’, this kit features a beautiful selection of black fabrics with interesting textures.  Orange picot elastic and bows add subtle pops of colour.

The main fabric is a velvet flocked, daisy print, crinkle tulle that has a gorgeous texture. Wow! The tulle has mechanical stretch due to the crinkle texture and a 40% stretch cross-wise.

 

 

The findings include a frilled black elastic, perfect for finishing necklines or creating interesting straps.  Three narrow bows complete the adornment. 

 

This kit is available in both 12mm and 19mm strap elastic and includes a generous amount of fabric. 

There is also the option of a briefs add-on kit.  This, combined with any crinkle tulle you have left over, will create a pair of matching briefs. Ooh la la!!
