22nd April 2020:
I will be able to resume business and shipping of orders again once we move to Level 3 at 11.59pm Monday 27th - so back at it on Tuesday 28th!
All stock is located in my home studio and I am the only one packing orders so I'm able to resume work safely and in accordance with the level three rules.
I'll be able to pack orders on the day I receive them but it may not be the usual overnight delivery since the couriers are still working on limited staff and with restrictions.
All orders received so far are ready and waiting for the courier pick-up on Tuesday.
I may also experience low levels of stock at times due to the same reason.
There will be a change in international shipping prices as I recommend all overseas orders be sent as tracked parcels and have removed the non-tracked option.

25th March 2020:
Level Four: I have temporarily closed the shop due to our country being at a level four 'lock-down' and operating on essential services only in an effort to stop COVID-19.
You are able to place orders during this time (and this could be a good idea if you want to secure a certain product) but I won't be able to ship orders until we move down to level three. This is currently predicted to be the 22nd of April but it may be extended.
I hope to reopen soon and will have lots of new goodies to show you so keep an eye out on Instagram @nelliejoans and keep in touch via that, facebook or email.
