Introducing September's Limited Edition Kits!
This month's yummy-scrummy colour inspiration 'Sweet Treats,' made it easy to curate some yummy-scrummy kits. I'm particularly in love with the raspberry sample!
Because my sample make came out so beautifully feminine and sporty, I immediately thought to name this kit after the powerhouse that is Serena Williams.
Sample for use of 'The Williams' kit - Barrett Bralete by Madalynne
This kit is for a soft bra but would work equally well for an underwire bra with the addition of some channelling and non stretch lining. If you choose to make the Barrett bralette (free pattern) like I did, then bonus! You've still got the powernet and hook and eye spare to put towards another project.

The raspberry red/pink is such a luscious colour and my sample make has a slight retro nod so I felt compelled to name it after the seductive starlet, Jean Harlow.
Sample for use of 'The Harlow' kit - Boylston Bra by Orange Lingerie
I love the way that the burgundy duoplex gives the raspberry stretch lace even more 'oomph' to it's colour. Of course, you don't have to layer them up like my sample make - the raspberry stretch lace would work for patterns requiring a stretch fabric - then with the addition of a bit more elastic the duoplex could be sewn up into a second bra.
