The microfibre fabric makes these hook and eye fasteners deliciously soft, that, along with the wrap over edges eliminates any scratchiness when worn against the skin.
I'd recommend attaching the 'eye' side to the bra band with a tight, narrow zigzag (almost like a satin stitch or bar tack) and then using a straight stitch for the 'hook' side so you can use a narrow presser foot and avoid the hooks.
