Introducing 'Butterflies and Beetles' a kit inspired by some of nature's smallest creatures.
The main fabric in this kit is a colourful embroidered tulle (designer deadstock!) - rich and detailed like a butterfly's wing. A burgundy stretch mesh mimics the tulle colour while the cornflower powernet picks up on one of the embroidery colours. Elastics are mostly in plum tones but I couldn't resist adding a metallic green wide band elastic for that bit of beetle shimmer.
This stable tulle would work well for most bra patterns. See inspiration sketch for ideas. (Suspender is for illustrative purposes only - simply add extra strap elastic and some suspender clips to your order if you wish to also make one.)
Choose your kit based on your preferred strap elastic/hook and eye combo. Either 12mm/2x3 or 19mm/3x3.
