Yes, absolutely. The instructions are very clean and clear on the page with great diagrams and written instruction, making them very easy to follow. The only thing that lets it down is there are no instructions for creating the foam variation. Luckily there is a great tutorial written by Amy over on the Cloth Habit blog detailing how to sew foam cups.

Yes, depending on the fabric used. Visually, the bra is quite fabric heavy, so careful choice would need to be made in selecting a complimentary briefs pattern.

Lots! I think I've seen this pattern made in almost every fabric. I've seen lovely full lace ones, mesh ones, even quilting cotton ones. I've made it in nylon lycra a few times for swimwear with a great result.
