Colour Inspiration October - Lights Festival

October's kit, inspired by the colour theme of ‘Lights Festival’ features navy fabrics with pops of bright colour.

 The main fabric is a navy embroidered tulle.  A fine navy embroidery radiates around small embroidered spots in hot pink, orange and aqua blue.  This fabric is non-stretch.

 

 Along with the tulle there is a stretch satin in navy, perfect for layering under the tulle or on it’s own for a pair of briefs.  The stretch is approx. 35% in the cross-wise direction.

The findings include a hot pink, double edge picot elastic for the straps and band plus an aqua-blue fold over elastic.  A rose and two bows are perfect for the finishing details.

This kit is available in both 12/15mm and 19mm strap elastic and includes a generous amount for making both a bra and briefs.

I think this kit would look great made up as the new Maida Vale bra by Contour Atelieror a Classic Bra by Pin Up Girls and and you could match it up with the Willow or Penny bottoms from @sewprojects
